About Amy

Amy is a program leader, operations specialist, social enterprise founder and community builder, who helps ambitious organisations scale their impact without outsourcing their judgement, values or responsibility.

After growing up in the GCC for over 13 years, and working in large, people-focused organisations, I understand that

the best intentions get lost in broken systems.​

I spent 5 years inside Amazon becoming very good at making things work and getting things done. I stepped away from that environment and started asking: What do I actually want those capabilities to be in service of?

I work with people and organisations navigating complexity — pressure, ethical tension, or change — and help them design systems that feel more intentional, fairer and workable. ​​​
